Yogurt for skin is excellent as it nourishes the skin and aides skin health. It could also be used for moisturizing skin. Yogurt face pack made with 4tbsp yogurt, 1tbsp cocoa and 1tsp honey should be used for 30 minutes. It replenishes skin with nutrients and acts as a natural moisturizer.
- Reduces Wrinkles
As your skin starts reflecting signs of ageing, do not get depressed. Instead start using this simple scrub that is made using 2tbsp of yogurt and 1tbsp of oats. Simply mix oats with yogurt and keep it aside until it becomes mushy. Apply it all over face and gently massage in circular motions. Keep this scrub for at least 15 minutes and wash later.
- Lessens Fine Lines
The above scrub can also be used for reducing fine lines which also make skin look tired and wrinkled. Presence of lactic acid works as an exfoliator and scrapes off dead cells from the upper layer.

This is extremely simple all you need is 1tbsp of yogurt and a cotton ball. Dab it gently on the affected area and leave it overnight and wash with cold water next morning.

Yogurt face pack also lessens discolouration, blotches and age spots. All you need is 6 to 7 freshly plucked rose petals, 2tbsp organic rosewater, 1tsp manuka honey and 1tbsp local yogurt. Take a bowl for crushing the rose petals. Add all the other ingredients to the crushed rose petals (rosewater, yogurt and honey) and mix it well. Apply for 30 minutes and wash with cold water.
