Strain the water in a cup and you can add 1tsp of organic honey for taste. You can also soak amla overnight and use it next day as a face wash for perfect skin care.

There is another method to extract amla pulp to make a thick paste for face. Take two amla and boil it in 3 cups of water in a pot. Keep boiling it on sim flame until the consistency becomes thick. Slather it on your face and leave for 10 minutes before you rinse with cold water.
