The first tip is to start you day with water. If you can squeeze half lemon to your water, it would make your body alkaline.
Always have fruits on an empty stomach, if consumed post meals or after sunset it can cause acidity.
Take your time while drinking water and try to finish your glass of water in 2 to 3 minutes so that you consume enough saliva with it. Just so you know, digestion starts in our mouth as saliva contains enzyme which helps digestion.
Sleep for at-least 7 to 8 hours in a day.
Exercise for 30 to 45 minutes a day. You can walk, run, jog or do aerobics.
